:الملحن و الموسيقى العراقى سرور ماجد
قبل فى الاذاعة العراقية عام 1974. وتدرج الى ان اًكمل دراسته الموسيقية حيث حاز على دبلوم فى الموسيقى وتعين كموظف فى الاٍذاعة والتلفزيون- مديرية الموسيقى والغناء. ثم تدرج لحنيا ووظيفيا وتمرس على اًيدى اًساتذة كبار وبداُت شهرته فى نهاية السبعينات تحديدا 79 و80.
وبداً نشاطه معالمطربين الشباب وكانت له رؤية خاصة فى تكوين نجوما جدد على الساحة الغنائية وكان له ما اًراد وصنع الكثير من النجوم و الاًصوات الشابة المتوفرة وبعد ذلك انتشر صيته على ساحة الاًغنية العراقية وترقى وظيفيا وصار معاونا لمدير الموسيقى والغناء الفنان طالب القره غولى.
فى سنة 1996 اٍستلم رئاسة الموسيقى والغناء ولكنه تعرض الى ضغطات كثيرة ما جعله يترك الوطن فى 1979 اٍلى الاًردن ومن ثم الى كندا حيث لم يتسنى له مزاولة عمله بشكل مبدع وطموح الا فى ما ندر.
سيعرض فى اًمسية تحييها اًكوقا بعضا من الغناء العراقى مستعينا ببعض الاًمثلة على انماط ذلك الغناء وبشكل مبسط ما اًمكن تبسيطه.

الأدب العربي الحديث وشعراؤه وأدباؤه المتميزون بالكلمة الظريفة والنقد أللاذع الطريف , ولم ينسى المحاضر أن يذكر الأدب الشعبي وشعراء الزجل الذين كانت
لهم لفتات طريفة
وصور شعرية جميلة
أضحكت سامعها
وبعثت البهجة في
النفوس . حضر
